Do I have to insure myself for healthcare? No, this is done through Jobs4Work BV. We take care of registering you for healthcare insurance and terminating the agreement afterwards.
What kinds of agreements are made? If you start work for us, you will be given an employment contract clearly defining all the agreements. If you do not yet have a social security number, we will make an appointment for you and guide you through the process. Registration for healthcare insurance is also arranged through us. In other words, we organise all the steps necessary in order to start working.
When does payment take place? Payment is monthly. If you need part of your salary earlier, we may be able to provide you with an advance.
With which organisations is Jobs4Work affiliated? www.NBBU.nl The NBBU is an umbrella organisation for temporary employment agencies. It protects the common interests of its members and guarantees their quality. As a temporary employee, you have to be able to trust your employment agency and membership of the NBBU ensures that agencies are inspected annually for compliance with standards and regulations. This makes sure temporary employees are paid on time and that tax and social security premiums are paid. In other words: an NBBU agency is a good employer!
